Product Principle:

1. Before dyeing, the cylinder yarn must be chamfered at the two ends first, which can achieve the increase of density and uniformity to meet the dyeing requirements of the cylinder yarn.

2. This machine is highly automated and easy to operate. The main motor drives the front and rear drawbars through mechanical deceleration, and the front drawbar, driven by a pair of gears, drives the aluminum disk of the roller chain, moving in the left direction.

3. A ratchet mechanism with 5 equal parts in one set of large gears facilitates   control of the limits during chamfering.

4. The rear drawbar drives the aluminum platen up and down 30 times per minute to achieve the required chamfering of the cylinder yarn.

Operating and Usage Instructions:

1.The equipment must be placed on a flat foundation and required level, first open the front door, and then turn on the power, the motor has a steering sign on the wiring requires motor steering to meet the direction of the sign to meet   the travel distance.

2.Before the bobble yarn is placed, it is required to run empty, and only after everything is normal can you try to crush the Angle. Chamfering can be prepared if the requirements are met. If the chamfering requirements are not met, the upper pressure plate can be adjusted up and down, but it is not appropriate to lower the pressure plate too low to avoid damaging the equipment.


Maintenance and Care:

1. It must be operated by specialized technicians.

2.Reducer lubricated once every three months, other transmission parts   lubricated once a week.

3. After half a year of use, the whole machine must be overhauled once.
